Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Gulabi Card (“Gulabi Card”, “we”, “us”). By ordering from us or using this website, you agree to them. Please also read our privacy policy and refund policy.

What we provide

We make wedding invitation websites: a personal web page for your wedding, built on one of our designs, with your names, events, venues, photos and other details. You share it with guests as a link. This is a digital service. We do not print or post physical cards.

Ordering

• You order by messaging us on WhatsApp and choosing a design.
• You send us the details and photos for your invitation.
• We make a free preview with your names, usually within 24 hours.
• You can ask for changes to the preview before you pay.

Price and payment

• The price is ₹2,000 per design unless a different price is shown for that design.
• You pay only after you approve the preview. Today we accept UPI; we may add an online payment gateway later.
• Your invitation goes live as a shareable link after we receive the payment.
• If GST applies, it will be shown on your receipt.

Changes after you pay

You can ask for unlimited text changes (names, times, venues, wording) until the wedding. Bigger changes, such as switching to a different design, may be treated as a new order; we will tell you before doing any paid work.

Your content and photos

• You own the names, text, photos and voice messages you send us (“your content”).
• You give us permission to use your content only to make, host and show your invitation.
• You confirm you have the right to share your content, and that the people in your photos and voice messages are happy to appear on the invitation.
• We will not use your photos or invitation in our own marketing without asking you first.

Our designs

The designs, artwork, illustrations, animations and code of our templates belong to Gulabi Card. Your order gives you the right to use your invitation website for your own wedding. You may not copy, resell or reuse our designs or artwork for anything else.

Acceptable use

Please do not use our service to share anything that:

• is illegal, hateful, obscene or harassing;
• uses someone else's photos, names or work without their permission;
• is a fake invitation, or is meant to mislead or defraud people.

We may refuse an order or take an invitation down if it breaks these rules.

How long your invitation stays online

Your invitation website stays online for the period we confirm with you on WhatsApp when you order. After that we may take it offline and delete its data as described in our privacy policy. Ask us before then if you want a copy of your guest list.

Our responsibility

We work hard to keep every invitation online and correct. Still, the internet is not perfect: an invitation may sometimes be slow or briefly unavailable because of hosting, network or WhatsApp issues outside our control. Please check every detail in your preview before you approve it; we are not responsible for mistakes in details you approved. As far as the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for that invitation.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of India. We would always rather solve a problem with you on WhatsApp first: contact us.
